COUNCIL REFUND POLICY
►Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to the first day of an event will receive a 80% refund.
►Cancellations within 30 days, and no less than 48 hours prior, will receive a 50% refund.
►No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of an event, and for those activities where promotion literature states “No refunds”.
►Cancellations due to COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS will receive a 100% refund.
All cancellations must be made directly to the Eykamp Scout Center in writing or by calling 812-423-5246 and then confirmed in writing.
National events are not subject to this Policy.

Portions of your purchase are used to help Scouts in need through assistance programs provided through the Council
